Established: 20th of May 2026This privacy policy describes how HAAL Systems (HSADA) will collect and store the personal data collected from you when using HSADA Document Archives Avants application. The privacy policy is established by the 20th of May 2026.<h4>1. Personal Data</h4>HSADA will process and store personal data if you are using support service. The data will be stored during the period you are using the application. The data will be stored in HSADA support system and will be deleted when you terminate the application.<h4>2. Purpose of Use of Personal Data</h4>The purpose of processing and storage of personal data is to make it possible to communicate with you.<h4>3. Sharing Personal Data</h4>HSADA will not disclose your personal data to any third party. If HSADA will use a service provider, the service provider will obtain the personal data they need in order to deliver the service. The service provider will sign a personal data assistant agreement including instructions regarding how to process the personal data according to the privacy policy, applicable laws and regulations.<h4>4. Security of Personal Data</h4>The personal data is kept in a safe and secure manner by a variety of security technologies and procedures to help to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The personal data is stored in controlled facilities with limited access. Username and password shall be kept in a safe manner to prevent unauthorized access by any third party.<h4>5. Disputes arising shall be settled by a Bosnian general court.

<h3></h3>LICENSEHAAL Systems software is delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any use of the software constitutes acceptance of this License Agreement. HAAL Systems grants the licensee non-exclusive, non-transferable rights of use (license) to the acquired HAAL Systems product (hereafter referred to as the Product). The license includes, at the time of conclusion, the latest released version of the Product and ensures the licensee access and rights of use to any newer versions made available.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSHAAL Systems retains full copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the Product. The Product is protected under copyright law and applicable international intellectual property conventions. As a result of these rights, the Licensee may only use the Product in accordance with the terms set out in this License Agreement. The Licensee may not lend, lease, sell, pledge, or otherwise transfer the Product or any associated rights to third parties, nor permit third parties to use or access the Product in any way. Any breach of HAAL Systems' intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of the Product that enables third parties to infringe upon those rights, constitutes a material breach of this agreement and entitles HAAL Systems to terminate the license with immediate effect.LIMITATION OF LIABILITYUnder no circumstances shall HAAL Systems be liable for loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, damage to records or data, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Licensee's use of the Product. HAAL Systems remains liable for product liability in accordance with applicable mandatory legislation. In all cases, HAAL Systems' total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use of the Product shall be limited to the license fees actually paid by the Licensee in the twelve months preceding the submission of a justified claim.FORCE MAJEUREHAAL Systems shall not be held liable to the Licensee where errors or resulting losses arise from circumstances beyond HAAL Systems' reasonable control that could not have been foreseen, avoided, or overcome at the time of entering into this agreement. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, unforeseen system failures, delayed or failed deliveries, strikes, lockouts, transport disruptions, regulatory restrictions imposed by public authorities, and other similar events.TERMINATIONHAAL Systems reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach by the Licensee. Equally, the Licensee reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect should HAAL Systems materially fail to fulfil its obligations under this agreement.EFFECT OF TERMINATIONUpon termination of this License Agreement for any reason, the Licensee must immediately uninstall the Product and destroy all copies in their possession, without limitation.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which HAAL Systems is registered. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in that jurisdiction unless both parties mutually agree to an alternative resolution method.
